The invention discloses a method for preparing ceramsite sand based on blast furnace slag, kaolin and red clay. The method comprises the steps of S1, material preparation, S2, grinding, S3, mixing, S4, granulation, S5, drying, S6, sintering and S7, screening and grading (according to the particle size) after discharging from a furnace and packaging. The ceramsite sand is produced by utilizing industrial wastes including blast furnace slag, kaolin and endemic red clay, waste utilization of the blast furnace slag and the red clay is realized, and the ceramsite sand produced by adopting the method can also be used as a petroleum fracturing propping agent, is lower in production cost and has generalization performance.
本发明公开了一种基于高炉渣、高岭土以及红粘土制备陶粒砂的方法,S1备料,S2研磨,S3混合,S4造粒,S5烘干,S6烧结,S7出炉后筛选分级(按照颗粒大小)包装。通过利用工业废弃物高炉渣和高岭土以及地方性红粘土,生产制造出陶粒砂,实现了高炉渣和红粘土的废物利用,采用本方法生产制造的陶粒砂亦可作为石油压裂支撑剂,生产成本更低,具有推广性。
