The invention provides an assembly type road surface prefabricated slab, a prefabricated slab assembly and a construction method.The assembly type road surface prefabricated slab is used for being installed on a roadbed to form an assembly type road surface and comprises a prefabricated slab body, one face of the prefabricated slab body forms a supporting face, four side walls are formed around the supporting face, every two side walls are perpendicular to each other, and outer protruding parts are arranged on the two adjacent side walls; inner concave parts are arranged on the other two adjacent side walls, and the outer convex parts and the inner concave parts on the opposite side walls of the prefabricated plates are matched; the outer convex part and the inner concave part both extend along the length direction of the side wall where the outer convex part and the inner concave part are located; the first positioning piece comprises an inserting part and an elastic part arranged at one end of the inserting part in a sleeving mode, the inserting part is used for penetrating through the prefabricated slab from the supporting face to be inserted into the roadbed, and the elastic part is used for being arranged in the prefabricated slab. According to the precast slab, the problem of dislocation between the slabs can be effectively avoided, and meanwhile, one side of the precast slab can be prevented from tilting when a road surface is pressed.
