The dispersing mechanism comprises a glass bead storage box, a mixed discharging bin, a second valve, a second discharging pipe and a third valve, the mixed discharging bin is fixedly arranged on the glass bead storage box and is communicated with the glass bead storage box through the second valve, the second discharging pipe is communicated with the glass bead storage box, and the third valve is arranged on the second discharging pipe.
