The invention belongs to swivel bridge construction, and particularly relates to a swivel support with an eccentric structure and a manufacturing method and application of the swivel support. The support comprises an upper seat plate, the edge of the upper seat plate is provided with an anchoring assembly which can be fixed with the upper turntable, the upper seat plate is coaxially assembled with the center of a lower seat plate arranged below the upper seat plate, and the adjacent parts of the upper seat plate and the lower seat plate form a spherical hinge; an air hole is formed in the embedded steel plate, and the lower seat plate is in running fit with a first pin shaft which is longitudinally arranged on the upper surface of the embedded steel plate through an eccentric hole in the lower part of the lower seat plate; the distance between the second pin shaft and the first pin shaft is matched with the designed eccentric distance formed by the gravity center and the geometric center of a swivel bridge design structure, and a connecting mechanism capable of fixing the upper seat plate and the lower seat plate is arranged between the upper seat plate and the lower seat plate. The problems that in the prior art, a swivel bridge of an asymmetric structure is large in counterweight, so that the cross section stress of a beam body is large, and cracking is prone to occurring are effectively solved; and the device has the advantages of small swivel operation counterweight, low cost, high efficiency and the like.
本发明属于转体桥施工,特别是指一种具有偏心结构的转体支座及其制作方法和应用。支座包括上座板,上座板边缘设置有可与上转盘固定的锚固组件,上座板与其下方设置的下座板中心同轴装配,上、下座板邻接部形成球铰;还包括可通过垫石与下承台锚固的预埋钢板,预埋钢板上开设气孔,下座板通过其下部偏心孔与预埋钢板上表面沿纵向设置的第一销轴转动配合,第二销轴与第一销轴的间距和转体桥梁设计结构重心与其几何中心所形成的设计偏心距适配,上、下座板之间设有可将二者固定的连接机构。本发明有效解决了现有技术中不对称结构转体桥配重大导致梁体截面应力大、易开裂等风险;具有转体作业配重小、成本低、功效高等优点。
