The invention discloses a pressure type flushing system and a time-delay flushing structure thereof. The time-delay flushing is realized. The time-delay flushing structure comprises a drainage body, a membrane and a time-delay assembly. A drainage cavity is formed in the drainage main body, a first water inlet, a second water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the drainage cavity, and the first water inlet and the second water inlet are communicated with the two independent water storage cavities respectively; the diaphragm is arranged in the drainage cavity and separates the first water inlet from the second water inlet and the water outlet; the delay assembly is arranged in the drainage cavity and provides elastic force acting on the diaphragm; through the time delay assembly, when the two water storage cavities communicated with the first water inlet and the second water inlet do not discharge water, the second water inlet and the water outlet are separated by the diaphragm; when the water storage cavity communicated with the first water inlet begins to drain water, the pressure of the side, close to the first water inlet, of the diaphragm is reduced, the diaphragm overcomes the elastic force of the delay assembly under the action of the pressure difference of the two sides so that the second water inlet can be communicated with the water outlet, and the water storage cavity communicated with the second water inlet drains water through the water outlet.
