Vortex eliminating and preventing pump station
The vortex eliminating and preventing pump station comprises a bottom plate and side plates fixed to the two sides of the top of the bottom plate, a water inlet channel, a lower-layer drainage channel and an upper-layer drainage channel are formed between the bottom plate and the side plates through positioning components, and a water pump is arranged in the water inlet channel; the water inlet end of the water pump is located in the water inlet channel, the water pump is connected with the upper-layer drainage channel through a pipeline, the water inlet channel and the lower-layer drainage channel are communicated, and a water retaining gate is arranged at the joint of the water inlet channel and the lower-layer drainage channel and used for preventing water in the lower-layer drainage channel from flowing to the water inlet channel. Compared with the prior art, the water retaining gate is arranged at the joint of the water inlet channel and the lower drainage channel, an unavoidable empty box blind end designed in a traditional gate station is eliminated under the condition that self drainage of the pump station is not affected, and the possible adverse effect of the poor flow state of the blind end on operation of a water pump is thoroughly eliminated.
本发明公开了一种消涡防涡泵站,包括底板和固定于底板顶部两侧的侧板,所述底板和侧板之间通过定位构件形成有进水通道、下层排水通道和上层排水通道,所述进水通道内设置有水泵,所述水泵的进水端位于进水通道内且水泵通过管道连接上层排水通道,所述进水通道和下层排水通道相连通且两者交接位置处设置有挡水闸门,所述挡水闸门用以阻止下层排水通道内的水流向进水通道。相比现有技术,本发明将挡水闸门设置于进水通道和下层排水通道的交接处,在不影响泵站自排的情况下,消除了传统闸站设计不可避免的空箱盲端,彻底消除了盲端不良流态可能对水泵运行产生的不利影响。
