Ribbed metal plate bolt extrusion type energy dissipater and design method
The invention discloses a ribbed metal plate plug pin extrusion type energy dissipater for a flexible protection system and a design method. The ribbed metal plate plug pin extrusion type energy dissipater comprises ribbed metal plates, side plates with plug pins, base plates, lug plates and high-strength bolts. Holes are formed in the two ends of the ribbed metal plate and used for being connected with a steel wire rope or a shackle for forward and reverse traction. Round-head bolts are arranged on the inner sides of the side plates with the bolts, the bolts are matched with grooves between ribs of the ribbed metal plate, the ribbed metal plate is clamped between the upper side plate and the lower side plate with the bolts, and the bolts are used for being inserted into the grooves and extruding the ribs. The base plates are arranged in gaps between the two ends of the side plates with the bolts and the ribbed metal plates; the lug plate is fixed on the side plate with the bolt, and an opening is formed in the lug plate and used for being connected with a steel wire rope or a shackle; the high-strength bolts penetrate through the side plates with the plug pins and the base plates and are fixed, and a channel for traction of the ribbed metal plate is formed through combination. The energy dissipation device is high in energy dissipation capacity and can be repeatedly used, and the performance and the repeated use frequency of the energy dissipation device in an existing flexible protection system are remarkably improved.
