The invention relates to the technical field of door and window installation, in particular to an energy-saving door and window installation device and an installation method thereof.The energy-saving door and window installation device comprises a movable base, a plurality of movable wheels, a control box and a feeding table and further comprises a lifting base, an angle adjusting structure, an adsorption fixing assembly and a lifting transmission structure; longitudinal sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the inner side of the feeding table, the lifting base is movably arranged in the longitudinal sliding grooves, the angle adjusting structure is arranged on the movable base and connected with the feeding table, the adsorption fixing assembly is arranged on the lifting base, and when the angle between the feeding table and the movable base is changed, the adsorption fixing assembly is arranged on the lifting base. The lifting transmission structure controls the lifting table to move relative to the feeding table. The whole device is high in automation degree, and compared with a traditional mode that manual material lifting installation is conducted or installation is conducted by standing on a liftable machining table, the device can effectively relieve the working pressure of workers for installing doors and windows, and the installation progress of the energy-saving doors and windows is shortened.
