The invention relates to a synchronous lifting method, equipment and an assembly. The synchronous lifting method comprises the following steps: acquiring a synchronous displacement difference and a hanging force of each hanging point in real time during lifting; whether the synchronous displacement difference and/or the hanging force exceed/exceeds a corresponding preset threshold value or not is judged; and when the synchronous displacement difference and/or the hanging force exceeds a corresponding preset threshold value, the lifting speed of each hanging point is adjusted according to the synchronous displacement difference of each hanging point, so that the synchronous displacement difference of each hanging point is within a preset range, the equipment is used for real-time of the method, and the equipment assembly comprises the equipment. According to the synchronous lifting method, device and assembly, the height of the movable stand can be adjusted, the height of each hanging point can be controlled in time in the adjusting process, synchronization and stability of the hanging points in the lifting process are guaranteed, damage to the movable stand is avoided, and compared with manual adjustment, the overall efficiency is higher.
