The handle comprises a mounting assembly, and the mounting assembly comprises a containing cavity, a containing opening communicating with the containing cavity and a self-locking mechanism arranged in the containing cavity; the holding element is installed in the containing cavity and connected with the self-locking mechanism in a locked mode, and the holding element retracts or stretches out relative to the containing cavity through the containing opening; the force storage part is connected with the holding element and the mounting assembly; wherein the holding element moves towards the direction close to the self-locking mechanism under the action of external force, so that the holding element is locked by the self-locking mechanism, and meanwhile, the force storage mechanism deforms. An integral module is formed by the mounting assembly, the holding element and the force storage component, mounting is facilitated, and the holding element retracts or stretches out through the containing opening.
