The door and window accessory is provided with a transmission connecting part connected with the accessory connecting part in an inserted mode. The transmission connecting part is provided with a clamping groove; the fastening screw is in threaded connection with the transmission connecting part; and the fastening screw penetrates through the quick-assembly transmission rod. The door and window accessory system installation method comprises the following steps that a plurality of door and window accessories are preliminarily fixed to a window sash or a window frame; the quick-assembly transmission rod is obliquely inserted into the accessory mounting groove; the inserting part inserted into the accessory mounting groove continues to go deep into the accessory mounting groove; the fast-assembling transmission rod is straightened; the transmission connecting part is inserted into the connecting groove; a fastening screw is screwed in; and the fastening screw is rotated, so that the end part of the fastening screw is provided with a hole in the quick-mounting transmission rod.
