The invention discloses a glass guardrail hidden type escape device which comprises a guardrail frame body and glass blocks covering the guardrail frame body in a sealing mode, the guardrail frame body is connected with at least one glass block through a locking structure, the guardrail frame body is connected with an escape basket through a pay-off mechanism, and the escape basket has a folded form and an unfolded form. The folding state is used for being stored and hidden in the guardrail frame body, and the unfolding state is used for escaping. The escape basket is hidden in the guardrail frame body, the whole glass guardrail is simple and attractive, and the modern sense and the fashion sense of a building can be manifested; compared with an existing ladder or rope escape device, the escape basket is arranged, use is simpler and more convenient, safety is higher, multiple persons can escape together and help each other, the escape difficulty is small, and the escape rate of vulnerable people is greatly increased.
