The invention discloses an automatic dimming type intelligent curtain which comprises a shutter assembly, a control module, an infrared remote control module, a photoresistor module and a steering engine assembly. The infrared remote control module is electrically connected with the control module and used for remotely controlling the opening and closing degree of the shutters in an infrared mode. The photoresistor module is electrically connected with the control module and is used for monitoring surrounding illumination intensity and feeding back a digital signal to the control module; the steering engine assembly comprises a plurality of steering engines, the steering engines are electrically connected with the control module, output shafts of the steering engines are connected with the shutters, and the control module controls the steering engines to rotate at different angles and directions according to infrared control signals output by the infrared remote control module or the illumination intensity monitored by the photoresistor module. The shutter is driven to rotate and contract, so that indoor light is adjusted; the function of opening and closing adjustment can be automatically completed according to the brightness of the ambient light, and the living quality and comfort are improved.
