Wherein the frame structure comprises an outer frame and a supporting rod, the supporting rod is horizontally fixed to the inner side of the outer frame, and the fluorescent lamps are arranged at the bottom of the outer frame; the rain shielding structure comprises a cloth roller and waterproof cloth; the first cable winding structure comprises an outer gear, a ratchet and pawl assembly, a winding roller and a plurality of cable guide wheels, the outer gear is arranged on the outer side of the cloth roller in a sleeving mode and can rotate synchronously, the ratchet and pawl assembly and the winding roller are arranged on the outer ring of the cloth roller in a sleeving mode, and a pawl on the ratchet and pawl assembly is fixed to the end face of the outer gear; the winding roller is fixed to the end face of a ratchet wheel on the ratchet wheel and pawl assembly, the multiple wire guide wheels are arranged on the outer frame and the supporting rod respectively, and a cable on the winding roller is wound around the wire guide wheels and then is connected with the unfolding side of the waterproof cloth.
