Cooking utensil and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a cooking utensil and a preparation method thereof. The cooking utensil comprises a cooking container provided with a cooking cavity, the cooking container is composed of a porous ceramic base body, a carbon film is attached to the surface of the porous ceramic base body, the inner surface of the porous ceramic base body and the hole structure close to the carbon film are filled with a carbon material, at least part of the macro-hole structure is further filled with a hole sealing material, and the hole sealing material is used for sealing the inner surface of the porous ceramic base body. Wherein the hole sealing material comprises a curing material of which the hydrophobic angle is greater than or equal to 100 degrees. The cooking utensil not only has excellent heat conduction efficiency and far infrared heating effect, but also is low in water absorption rate, easy to clean and resistant to pollution, so that the performance of the cooking utensil is more comprehensive and reliable.
本发明涉及一种烹饪器皿及其制备方法。所述烹饪器皿包括设置有烹饪腔的烹饪容器,所述烹饪容器由多孔陶瓷基体构成,所述多孔陶瓷基体的表面附着碳薄膜,在所述多孔陶瓷基体的内表面,靠近所述碳薄膜的孔结构中填充有碳材料,且至少部分宏孔结构中还填充有封孔材料,其中,所述封孔材料中包括疏水角≥100°的固化材料。本发明所述的烹饪器皿不仅具有优异的导热效率和远红外加热效果,而且吸水率较低,易清洁、抗污染,使烹饪器具的性能更全面、可靠。
