The ardealite-based unfired ceramsite comprises the following raw materials: ardealite, fly ash, carbide slag, vermiculite, hydrogen peroxide and water. The invention also provides ardealite-based phase-change unfired ceramsite and a preparation method thereof, and also discloses solidified sludge doped with the ardealite-based phase-change unfired ceramsite, which is prepared by using the ardealite-based phase-change unfired ceramsite. The invention further provides a method for co-processing the high-water-content and high-organic-matter sludge through phase change-reinforcement-solidification, the method is simple in process and low in cost, a large amount of various solid waste is applied, and the prepared solidified sludge can be applied to various environment-friendly and energy-saving construction scenes such as damming, canal repairing and sunlight greenhouses.
