The aerogel heat-preservation pouring material comprises a material A and a material B. The material A is formed by mixing aerogel and solid waste according to the ratio of 1: (0.3-0.5), the material B is a curing agent, and the material A and the material B which are mixed are cured for 8-10 minutes according to the ratio of 1: 0.5 to form the aerogel heat-preservation pouring material. According to the aerogel heat-preservation pouring material, the waste utilization rate of plant straw powder or finished building heat-preservation plates reaches 30% or above, solid waste does not need to be transported outwards, the solid waste is firstly crushed on a roof and then is utilized, local materials are used, the waterproof problem of old building roof transformation and the original solid waste such as heat-preservation plates, bricks and stones and shoveled roof waterproof coiled materials are solved, and the heat-preservation effect is achieved. The environment is protected.
