Vibrating system for construction of high-speed maglev track beam
The invention discloses a vibrating system for construction of a high-speed magnetic levitation track beam, which comprises a bottom die for cast-in-place construction of a track beam bottom plate, side dies positioned on the periphery of the bottom die, a plurality of vibrating devices mounted on the outer walls of the side dies, connecting assemblies erected on the side dies, and supporting assemblies fixed on the outer sides of the connecting assemblies, the connecting assembly comprises a flat plate and C-shaped pieces fixed to the two opposite ends of the flat plate. The C-shaped pieces at the two ends are used for being buckled to the tops of the side molds on the two opposite sides correspondingly. The invention aims to provide the vibrating system for construction of the high-speed maglev track beam so as to solve the problem that in the prior art, vibrating is difficult to carry out in the cast-in-place construction process of a bottom plate of the ultra-high-speed maglev track beam, and the purposes of reducing the vibrating difficulty and improving the construction quality are achieved.
