Asphalt pavement compactness detection method based on partial least square regression
The invention provides an asphalt pavement compactness detection method based on partial least squares regression, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a rolling acceleration signal of a vibratory roller to obtain an equifrequency component, and calculating a corresponding compactness value CMV; temperature data T of the asphalt pavement are collected, and the actual asphalt pavement temperature is obtained through calculation; positioning data of the vibratory roller are collected, and the rolling speed V of the roller is calculated; the method comprises the following steps: performing interpolation on a CMV calculation abnormal point caused by the change of the working state of a road roller, and estimating an actual CMV value of the CMV abnormal point by calculating an average value of a plurality of known CMV values near a target point by adopting a moving average method based on the integrity of an asphalt pavement; and carrying out partial least square regression on the equifrequency component, CMV, T and V variables. The method is a nondestructive testing method, comprehensive and accurate compaction degree evaluation is provided, the compaction state of the asphalt pavement is sensed in advance, and compaction degree detection errors caused by change of the working state of a road roller are eliminated.
本发明提供一种基于偏最小二乘回归的沥青路面压实度检测方法,包括:采集振动压路机的碾压加速度信号,得到等频率分量,并计算相应的压实度值CMV值;采集沥青路面的温度数据T,计算得到实际沥青路面温度;采集振动压路机的定位数据,计算出压路机的碾压速度V;对由于压路机工作状态改变引起的CMV计算异常点进行插值,基于沥青路面的整体性,采用移动平均方法,通过计算目标点附近多个已知CMV值的平均值来估算CMV异常点的实际CMV值;对等频率分量、CMV、T、V变量进行偏最小二乘回归。本发明为无损检测方法,提供全面且准确的压实度评估,提前感知沥青路面压实状态,消除由于压路机工作状态改变产生的压实度检测错误。
