The invention relates to the technical field of ecological slope protection and water and soil conservation, and particularly discloses a reservoir microorganism nutrition supply type environment-friendly slope protection system which comprises a plurality of protection units connected in sequence and fixed to a slope surface through anchoring devices. Each protection unit comprises a geonet, geotechnical cloth, a grid net and a steel rope net which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the protection unit further comprises a microbe layer and an ecological layer which are sequentially arranged between the two layers of grid nets from bottom to top. The microbe layer is composed of a plurality of microorganism filling bags, and the ecological layer is composed of a plurality of plant seed filling bags; the system further comprises a natural authigenic nutrient slow release device and a drainage device. According to the method, powerful physical support can be jointly provided for the slope surface through multi-layer protection and intricate plant root systems, meanwhile, needed nutrient substances can be provided for plants for a long time, and therefore long-acting ecological restoration is achieved.
