The embodiment of the invention provides a pile sinking construction method for multi-pipe-diameter and multi-row-pitch wharf piles. The method comprises the steps that hydraulic hammer replacement driving needed by a pre-driven pile is determined according to a construction drawing, and original hydraulic hammer replacement driving is correspondingly adjusted; coarse positioning is conducted on the pile driving barge, and point entering work of the pile driving barge is completed; determining a mooring point of the pile transporting ship, and completing the point entering work of the pile transporting ship; the pre-driven piles are bundled and lifted through a lifting hook of the pile driving barge; an anchor cable of the pile driving barge is adjusted to move the barge, a precise positioning system arranged on the pile driving barge is used for positioning, the center of a pile gripper of the pile frame coincides with the center of a pile to be driven, and precise positioning work is completed; a lifting hook of the pile driving barge is adjusted, and the pile driving work of the to-be-driven pile is completed; sleeving the pile tip of the pre-driven pile with a hydraulic hammer to finish the work of sleeving and pressing the hammer, so that the pre-driven pile sinks stably under the dead weight; and hammering the pre-driven pile to finish the pile sinking work. According to the embodiment, ship machine equipment resources can be saved, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
