Fabricated steel frame structure system comprising insertion type beam-column joints
According to the fabricated steel frame structure system, the inserted high-strength concrete grouting columns and the easily-assembled cold-formed thin-walled steel combined anti-seismic beams are adopted, and prefabrication and assembly are facilitated. The earthquake response is reduced through the replaceable safety piece set, the disc spring damper and the self-resetting hydraulic supporting rod set, and rapid function recovery is achieved. According to the system, a floor and a floor beam are poured into integral rigid connection, and a PVC joint pulling plate is adopted for connecting a filler wall. High-strength concrete grouting enhances column connection and bearing capacity, and cold-formed thin-walled steel members improve production efficiency and reduce cost. The disc spring damper reduces vibration of the double-beam structure and improves energy dissipation capacity. The replaceable safety piece and the web plate are connected to protect the main body structure, and the self-resetting hydraulic supporting rod enhances the structural stability. The beam end inserting plates and the inserting grooves are rapidly assembled, and the anti-seismic performance of the joint is improved. The PVC joint pulling plate prevents the wall body from being pressed and cracked, and the material consumption of the cast-in-place hollow concrete wall is reduced. The floor and the floor beam are integrally poured to increase the structural rigidity and improve the lateral force resistance and the anti-seismic performance.
