The sliding door spool assembly includes: a cable pulling a sliding door slidably mounted on a vehicle to slide the sliding door; a reel on which the cable is wound; a reel adapter connected to the output shaft of the driving unit, the reel being mounted on the reel adapter; and an elastic member elastically supporting the spool on the spool adapter.
