The invention belongs to the technical field of tunneling, and particularly provides a tunneling construction method, a tunneling machine cutterhead and a tunneling machine. The tunneling construction method comprises the steps that when a concrete pile foundation is encountered in the tunneling process, tunneling is stopped, tearing cutters of the whole cutterhead are dismantled, hobs are replaced and installed in situ, and after the hobs are installed, tunneling continues till the position of the concrete pile foundation is passed. The heading machine cutter head and the heading machine are used for realizing the heading construction method. The existing conventional thought that a tearing cutter is adopted to break the concrete pile foundation is abandoned, when the concrete pile foundation is encountered during construction, the tearing cutter is not adopted any more, hobs are adopted in situ, cutting edges of the hobs can rotate to extrude and break rocks, the concrete pile foundation can be efficiently broken, and the construction efficiency is improved. The problem that an existing tearing knife is seriously abraded when breaking a concrete pile foundation is solved.
本发明属于隧道掘进技术领域,具体提供一种掘进施工方法、掘进机刀盘及掘进机。该掘进施工方法包括在掘进过程中遇到混凝土桩基时,停止掘进,将刀盘全盘的撕裂刀拆除,原位更换安装滚刀,滚刀安装完成后继续掘进,直至通过混凝土桩基位置。该掘进机刀盘及掘进机用以实现上述掘进施工方法。本发明摒弃了现有的采用撕裂刀破除混凝土桩基的常规思路,在施工遇到混凝土桩基时,不再采用撕裂刀,全盘采用原位更换为滚刀,滚刀的刀刃可自转挤压破岩,可高效破除混凝土桩基,解决了现有的撕裂刀破除混凝土桩基时磨损严重的问题。
