The operating lever system (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) has at least one operating lever (4), a coupling element (5, 6) and an adjusting element (7, 8). Furthermore, at least one inertia element (12, 13) is provided, which interacts with the adjusting element (7, 8) at least in the event of a crash. According to the invention, the adjusting element (7, 8) is designed at least in two parts with a first adjusting lever (7) and a second adjusting lever (8), and the inertia element (12, 13) mechanically separates the two adjusting levers (7, 8) from each other in the event of a crash.
