The invention discloses an overturning type dry-wet separation structure and a biodegradable closestool, the overturning type dry-wet separation structure comprises a bedpan assembly and a flow guide mechanism, and the flow guide mechanism comprises at least one flow guide plate capable of being rotatably installed on the bedpan assembly and a flow guide plate control assembly used for driving the flow guide plates to rotate. By the adoption of the overturning type dry-wet separation structure and the biodegradable closestool, thorough dry-wet separation can be achieved through the whole overturning type dry-wet separation structure, all liquid can be reliably collected when a user urinates and flushes after urination, and therefore the dryness of a biodegradable container is guaranteed; the biodegradation container is arranged in the bed pan assembly, anaerobic reaction which can generate poisonous and harmful gas due to overhigh humidity of cultured genes is avoided, the whole biodegradation container can be hidden and installed in the bed pan assembly, and any influence on the installation space of the biodegradation container is avoided, so that the replacement frequency of a culture medium is greatly prolonged, and the use feeling of a user is improved.
