The box body is fixedly connected with the bracket and the hanging basket respectively; the reinforcing assembly comprises a first screw rod, a first guide rod, a push block, a reinforcing block, a through hole formed in the box body, a side groove formed in the support and an alarm part giving an alarm along with rotation of the first screw rod. The first screw rod is rotationally connected with the box body; the first guide rod is fixedly connected with the box body; the push block is in threaded connection with the first screw rod; the push block is slidably connected with the first guide rod; and the detection assembly is used for driving the two first screw rods to rotate when the box body shakes. The problem that an existing lifting device cannot reinforce a hanging basket after a pressure sensor carries out early warning is solved.
