The invention provides a self-driven intelligent deceleration strip device which comprises a power generation device, a pressure meter, two deceleration strip bevels and a deceleration strip lower shell, the pressure meter is installed in the deceleration strip lower shell, the power generation device is installed above the deceleration strip lower shell and makes contact with the top of the pressure meter, and the two deceleration strip bevels are installed on the two sides of the deceleration strip lower shell. The upper surface of the power generation device is a plane, the upper surfaces of the two deceleration strip bevels are bevels, and the cross section of the whole deceleration strip device is trapezoidal; a vehicle runs onto the power generation device through the deceleration strip beveled body on one side and then runs out through the deceleration strip beveled body on the other side, and when the vehicle passes through the upper surface of the power generation device, power generation and weight measurement are conducted at the same time. Under the condition that no load exists, large-scale power generation can be carried out to a certain extent, kinetic energy lost by an automobile is converted into electric energy, and the energy utilization efficiency is improved.
