Dam burst plugging device and method
The dam burst plugging device comprises a balloon, a water inlet, a water outlet and a ventilation opening are formed in the balloon, valves are arranged at the water inlet, the water outlet and the ventilation opening respectively, and a pull rope is connected to the balloon. The dam burst position can be blocked through the sacculus filled with water, and the sacculus filled with water can move in water and slowly move towards the dam burst position under the action of the pull rope to gradually block the dam burst position. According to the technical scheme, one is that the sacculus injected with water is equivalently combined with water into a whole, so that the sacculus can move in the water; and the other one can control the moving speed, direction and position of the balloon through the pull rope. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the use cost is low, and the plugging process is controllable.
本发明提出了一种堤坝溃决封堵装置及方法，包括一个球囊，所述的球囊上设有进水口、排水口、换气口，所述的进水口、排水口、换气口处分别设有阀门，所述的球囊上连接有拉绳。其可以通过注水的球囊来堵住堤坝溃决处，注水后的球囊可在水中移动，并在拉绳的作用下，缓慢的向堤坝溃决处移动，逐渐封堵住决口处。采用本申请的技术方案，一个是注水后的球囊相当于与水结合为一体，使球囊能在水中移动；另一个是能沟通过拉绳来控制球囊的移动速度、方向、位置。采用本申请的技术方案，其使用成本低，且封堵过程可控。
