Construction method of rigid pile composite foundation
The invention discloses a rigid pile composite foundation construction method which comprises the following steps: (1) a prefabricated pipe pile with an expanded head at one end is manufactured in a prefabrication factory by adopting a centrifugal method, and the expanded head part takes an outer sleeve steel pipe as an outer mold during centrifugal construction, (2) the prefabricated pipe pile with the expanded head is transported to a construction site, (3) the prefabricated pipe pile is hoisted and positioned; (4) welding a closed steel plate at the top of the prefabricated pipe pile to form a closed section; and (5) constructing a cushion layer at the top of the pile to form a rigid pile composite foundation. According to the method, construction is easy and convenient, the construction period is shortened, core filling concrete does not need to be poured, the use amount of pile cap materials is reduced, the structural economy is improved, by enlarging the section of the pile top and forming the steel pipe concrete structure, the hitting resistance of the pile top part is improved, the breakage rate of the pile head during hammering construction is reduced, and the pile forming quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种刚性桩复合地基施工方法,包括①在预制厂采用离心法制作一端带有扩大头的预制管桩,其中扩大头部分将外套钢管作为离心施工时的外模②将带有扩大头的预制管桩运至施工现场③吊装、定位预制管桩,将扩大头作为预制管桩发的着力端,采用锤击、静压等方法将预制管桩施工至设计标高④在预制管桩的桩顶焊接封闭钢板形成闭口断面⑤施工桩顶垫层形成刚性桩复合地基。本发明施工简便,节约工期,无需浇筑填芯混凝土,减少了桩帽材料用量且提高了结构经济性,通过加大桩顶截面并形成钢管混凝土结构,提高了桩顶部分的耐打性,降低了锤击施工时桩头的破损率,保证了成桩质量。
