The invention discloses a grouting device and method for reinforcing rock fractures through microorganisms, and belongs to the technical field of reinforcing rock fractures through microorganisms. The problems that an existing grouting mold is single in size and inconvenient to use are solved. The device specifically comprises a grouting system, a grouting mold and a recycling mold, grouting liquid is contained in the grouting system; the grouting system is connected with the grouting mold; a rock sample is fixed in the grouting mold; and the rock sample is accommodated in the recovery mold. The grouting system transports slurry into rock sample cracks, and the rock sample cracks are filled and solidified with the slurry; waste liquid flowing out of rock sample cracks after solidification flows into a recovery mold to be collected; according to the grouting method, a bacterial solution and reaction solution separated grouting mode is adopted, and the situation that calcium carbonate deposits in advance, and consequently grouting holes are blocked is avoided; a filter screen is arranged on the grouting outlet plate, so that the retention time of slurry in rock sample cracks is prolonged, and the curing effect is improved; waste liquid after each time of grouting is re-injected into rock sample cracks, so that the utilization rate of the grouting solution is improved.
