Active magnesium oxide and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses active magnesium oxide and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of magnesium oxide preparation. The method comprises the following steps that first magnesium ore is subjected to calcination dissociation, enhanced leaching and carbonization separation, and then calcium carbonate and an active low-calcium magnesium-rich solution are obtained; carrying out calcining dissociation and mechanical fine grinding on the second magnesium ore to obtain a fine material, or directly carrying out mechanical fine grinding on the second magnesium ore to obtain the fine material; the active low-calcium magnesium-rich liquid is pumped into a hydration activation tank, stirring is started, then the fine material is conveyed to the hydration activation tank, the active low-calcium magnesium-rich liquid and the fine material are subjected to a hydration reaction, and composite magnesium salt is formed; and drying and scattering the composite magnesium salt, conveying to a calcining furnace, calcining, cooling and spirally discharging to obtain the active magnesium oxide. The magnesium oxide prepared by the method is moderate in density, rich in active sites and good in dispersity, has excellent adsorption, hydration and ionization properties, has remarkable effect and cost advantages as an alkaline precipitator, and is beneficial to market popularization and application of high-activity magnesium oxide products in the fields of environmental protection and metallurgy.
