The invention provides lamellar high-specific-surface-area calcium hydroxide as well as a preparation method and application thereof in order to solve the problem that an existing calcium hydroxide preparation process cannot consider production efficiency and grain morphology at the same time, and belongs to the technical field of calcium hydroxide preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating a quick lime raw material; preparing a digestion solution from a composite modifier containing an alcohol amine compound and water; adding a quick lime raw material into the digestion solution for digestion reaction, and adding a saturated aluminum chloride aqueous solution; and carrying out calcium hydroxide post-treatment. The lamellar calcium hydroxide with the high specific surface area is prepared by the method and can be used for flue gas desulfurization. The composite modifier and aluminum chloride are introduced in the slaking reaction process of the quick lime, the crystallization process of the calcium hydroxide is controlled, the lamellar calcium hydroxide with the high specific surface area is obtained, and the method has the advantages of being simple in process, high in production efficiency, convenient to operate, high in economic benefit and suitable for industrial production.
本发明为解决现有氢氧化钙制备工艺无法兼顾生产效率和晶粒形貌的问题,提供一种片层状高比表面积的氢氧化钙及其制备方法和应用,属于氢氧化钙制备技术领域。该制备方法包含以下步骤:生石灰原料预处理;将含有醇胺类化合物的复合改性剂与水配置成消化液;生石灰原料加入到消化液消化反应,同时加入饱和氯化铝水溶液;氢氧化钙后处理。该片层状高比表面积的氢氧化钙由前述之别方法制得,可用于烟气脱硫。本发明通过在生石灰消化反应过程中引入复合改性剂和氯化铝,控制氢氧化钙析晶过程,得到片层状高比表面积的氢氧化钙,具备工艺简单,生产效率高,操作方便,经济效益高,适合工业化生产的特点。
