Self-repairing double-layer packaging aggregate based on bone bionics and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of cement-based crack self-repairing, in particular to a self-repairing double-layer packaging aggregate based on bone bionics as well as a preparation method and application of the self-repairing double-layer packaging aggregate. The self-repairing double-layer packaging aggregate comprises a porous ceramsite carrier impregnated with a phosphate repairing agent, an internal bonding layer and an external consolidation layer, the internal bonding layer is formed by a bonding material coating the surface of the porous ceramsite carrier; the binding material comprises a binding agent, a curing agent and a diluent; and the external consolidation layer is formed by curing an inorganic material adhered to the surface of the internal bonding layer. The self-repairing double-layer packaging aggregate provided by the invention has better cohesiveness and compatibility with a cement base material, is internally porous, can be used as a container of a repairing agent, and has better long-term stability; the durability of the cement-based material can be improved, so that the cement-based material has better economical efficiency and environmental friendliness.
本发明涉及水泥基裂缝自修复技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于骨仿生的自修复双层封装骨料及制备方法和应用。本发明所述自修复双层封装骨料包括浸渍有磷酸盐修复剂的多孔陶粒载体、内部粘合层和外部固结层;所述内部粘合层由包覆在所述多孔陶粒载体表面的粘合材料形成;所述粘合材料包括粘合剂、固化剂和稀释剂;所述外部固结层由粘附在所述内部粘合层表面的无机材料固化形成。本发明提供的自修复双层封装骨料与水泥基材具有较好的粘结性和兼容性,骨料内部多孔,可作为修复剂的容器,具有更好的长期稳定性;能够提高水泥基材料的耐久性,使得本发明具有更好的经济性和环境友好性。
