The invention discloses an autoclaved aerated concrete reinforcing agent which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-21 parts of aluminum sulfate, 19-20 parts of sodium hydroxide, 3-5 parts of triethanolamine, 2-4 parts of polyethylene glycol, 2-4 parts of abietate and 40-60 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: successively adding sodium hydroxide, triethanolamine, polyethylene glycol and abietate on the basis of a heated and dissolved aluminum sulfate solution, mixing, and uniformly stirring to obtain the product. The autoclaved aerated concrete block is designed according to the porous structure characteristic and the hydrothermal reaction mechanism of the autoclaved aerated concrete block, the abietate is added, so that tiny closed holes are generated in a green body so as to achieve the purpose of increasing small pores of the green body, the abietate has a supporting effect on the green body, the sinking of the green body is reduced, and the service life of the green body is prolonged. The addition of aluminate can promote hydration of cement, can generate various aluminum-containing hydration products in autoclaved curing, and improves the strength of a green body, so that the stability of the pouring height can be improved, the out-of-kettle strength of the green body can be improved, and the rejection rate of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks in the green body pouring process can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种蒸压加气混凝土增强剂,包括以下重量份配方组成分:硫酸铝20‑21份、氢氧化钠19‑20份、三乙醇胺3‑5份、聚乙二醇2‑4份、松香酯2‑4份、水40‑60份,其制备方法为在加热溶解的硫酸铝溶液基础上先后加入氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇和松香酯混合,搅拌均匀得到产品。本发明根据蒸压加气混凝土砌块多孔结构特性及其水热合反应机理进行设计,其中松香酯的加入使得在坯体中产生微小的封闭孔以至于达到坯体的小气孔增加的目的,对坯体有支撑作用,减少坯体下沉,铝酸盐的加入既可以促进水泥的水化,可以在蒸压养护中产生多种含铝水化产物,提高坯体强度,从而可提高浇筑高度的稳定性,提高坯体出釜强度,降低蒸压加气混凝土砌块在坯体浇筑中报废率。
