Lake sludge-based unfired wetland ceramsite substrate and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a lake sludge-based unfired wetland ceramsite substrate and a preparation method thereof. The ceramsite substrate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 55 to 65 parts of mud cake, 10 to 30 parts of slag, 10 to 30 parts of fly ash, 3 to 7 parts of sodium hydroxide solution and water. The ceramsite substrate is prepared by the following steps: S1, proportioning: drying, crushing and grinding a prepared mud cake to obtain mud powder; s2, mixing the materials to prepare a mud pie; s3, preparing ceramsite green pellets; s4, carrying out steam curing on the ceramsite green balls in the step 3 to obtain ceramsite with pores; and S5, carrying out water retention and natural curing on the ceramsite to obtain the ceramsite substrate. The ceramsite matrix prepared by the invention takes lake dredged sludge as a main raw material and industrial wastes such as fly ash and slag as auxiliary materials, is green and environment-friendly, is reasonable in cost, not only realizes effective recycling of resources, but also can reduce energy consumption, forms an environment functional material with a water purification effect, achieves the effect of treating wastes with wastes, and achieves multiple purposes.
本发明提出了一种湖泊淤泥基免烧湿地陶粒基质及其制备方法。该陶粒基质按质量份数计,包括以下组成原料:泥饼55~65份,矿渣10~30份,粉煤灰10~30份,氢氧化钠溶液3~7份和水。本发明的陶粒基质通过以下步骤制备:S1、配料,将配制得到的泥饼烘干、破碎、研磨,得到泥粉;S2、混料制备泥团;S3、制备陶粒生球;S4、蒸养步骤三的陶粒生球,得到形成孔隙的陶粒;S5、对陶粒进行保水自然养护,得到陶粒基质。本发明制备的陶粒基质以湖泊疏浚淤泥为主要原料,以粉煤灰、矿渣等工业废弃物为辅料,绿色环保,成本合理,既实现了资源的有效再利用,又能减少能源消耗,且形成具备净水效果的环境功能性材料,达到了以废治废的效果,一举多得。
