The invention discloses a PCCP (prestressed concrete cylinder pipe) concrete material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 350 to 360 parts of cement, 60 to 65 parts of fly ash, 720 to 780 parts of sand, 1120 to 1170 parts of gravel, 125 to 130 parts of water and 5 to 5.6 parts of additives. According to the PCCP concrete material disclosed by the invention, the cement is matched with the raw materials such as the fly ash, the sand and the gravels, and the adjusted whisker agent and the wollastonite-doped modifier are added for mutual blending and joint synergism, so that the strength, the slump and the impermeability of the product are harmoniously improved.
