According to the PCCP concrete material disclosed by the invention, the cement is matched with the raw materials such as the fly ash, the sand and the gravels, and the adjusted whisker agent and the wollastonite-doped modifier are added for mutual blending and joint synergism, so that the strength, the slump and the impermeability of the product are harmoniously improved.
