The movable rail welding unit serves as main equipment for steel rail welding and is responsible for completing short rail welding of a rail welding base and steel rail connecting and welding tasks of an operation site; the multifunctional rail conveying trolley serves as a conveying tool of the steel rails and is responsible for transferring, loading and conveying the short rails, the new long steel rails and the old steel rails to designated places; the construction of a rail welding base is simplified and the train investment is reduced by optimizing a front procedure; the steel rails do not need to be temporarily stored on the two sides of the rail, and the safety risk is reduced; in addition, the invention further provides a construction method using the track steel rail replacement system, and the operation difficulty and the maintenance cost of track replacement can be reduced by controlling and operating the track steel rail replacement system.
