Anti-corrosion maintenance method and anti-corrosion maintenance structure for cable sheath damage and cable high-strength steel wire
The invention belongs to the field of bridge cable maintenance, and discloses an anti-corrosion maintenance method and an anti-corrosion maintenance structure for cable sheath damage and cable high-strength steel wires, which are used for solving the problems of complete sealing and corrosion prevention in the cable sheath repair process and the durability of the repaired cable. A damaged part of a cable sheath is firstly coated with a waterproof insulating coating material, then the damaged part of the sheath is filled with a solid electrolyte sealing material, and the measuring ends of an auxiliary anode and a reference electrode are arranged in the solid electrolyte sealing material; the auxiliary anode is connected with an electronic variable resistor, an automatic control rectifier or a constant potential rectifier, and a conductive loop is formed between the auxiliary anode and a cathode access point on a cable high-strength steel wire; and wrapping the damaged part of the cable by using a physical anti-corrosion layer to form a closed anti-corrosion system at the damaged part of the sheath. According to the corrosion-resistant maintenance method for cable sheath damage and cable high-strength steel wires, the local damage position of the sheath can be maintained, inhibition of corrosion of the cable steel wires at the damage position of the sheath is enhanced, the influence of electrochemical corrosion on the service life of the cable is relieved, and therefore the service life of the cable is greatly prolonged.
本发明属于桥梁缆索维修领域,公开了一种缆索护套损伤及缆索高强钢丝的防腐维修方法、防腐维修结构,用以解决缆索护套修复过程中完全密封防腐以及修复后缆索的耐久性问题。通过在缆索护套受损部分先涂敷防水绝缘涂装材料,然后将固态电解质密封材料填充至护套破损处,辅助阳极与参比电极的测量端置于固态电解质密封材料内部;辅助阳极与电子可变电阻器、自动控制整流器或恒电位仪连接,与位于缆索高强钢丝上的阴极接入点之间形成导电回路;用物理防腐层对缆索损伤部位进行包裹,形成护套损伤处的封闭防腐系统。本发明提出的缆索护套损伤及缆索高强钢丝的防腐维修方法能对护套局部损伤处进行维修,增强对护套损伤处缆索钢丝腐蚀的抑制,减轻电化学腐蚀对缆索使用寿命的影响,从而大幅提高缆索的使用寿命。
