A durable structure based on self-healing concrete comprises a concrete pole; the split type connecting sleeve is configured to be detachably arranged on the outer surface of the concrete pole in a sleeving mode; the self-healing buffer piece is configured to be at least arranged on the side, facing the road surface, of the split type connecting sleeve; the self-healing buffering piece is provided with a clamping component, and the clamping component is configured to be used for achieving quick replacement, disassembly and assembly of the self-healing buffering piece. According to the concrete pole, the self-healing buffering piece is arranged, the concrete pole can be effectively protected when collision occurs, and meanwhile the service life can be prolonged and the damage probability can be reduced on the basis of the natural repairing property and the buffering performance of the self-healing buffering piece; and the self-healing buffering piece and the split type connecting sleeve can be rapidly replaced by arranging the clamping component, so that the damage degree can be reduced, partial rapid replacement can be achieved after damage, maintenance operation is convenient and fast, and cost can be effectively saved.
