The invention discloses an anti-seismic device for a large aqueduct and the large aqueduct, the large aqueduct is provided with a duct pier and a duct body, a support is arranged between the duct pier and the duct body, the anti-seismic device comprises a first connecting seat, a second connecting seat and a shock absorber, the first connecting seat is arranged on the duct body, the second connecting seat is arranged on the duct pier, and the shock absorber is arranged on the first connecting seat. The first connecting base and the second connecting base are arranged in a spaced mode in the first direction, and the shock absorber is connected between the first connecting base and the second connecting base and can slide in the second direction relative to the first connecting base and the second connecting base.
