After being separated from the bank barge, the three touch control mechanisms rotate and reset to be far away from the water outlet of the corresponding water pump under the impact of water discharged from the water outlet of the corresponding water pump, and any two of the three touch control mechanisms cannot make contact with the bank barge at the same time; the device has the advantages that large-area water surface garbage can be efficiently and automatically cleaned and recycled, the garbage recycling cost is reduced, garbage cleaning dead angles do not exist, and garbage cleaning is thorough.
