The invention discloses a prefabricated pile end sinking assisting device which comprises a pile tip arranged at the prefabricated pile end, and a static pressure grouting device is arranged in the pile tip in a penetrating mode. The static pressure grouting device comprises a hole opening pipe, a plurality of holes are formed in the surface of the hole opening pipe, a fixing piece is arranged on the outer side of the hole opening pipe, and diaphragms are arranged between the hole opening pipe and the fixing piece and on the outer side of the fixing piece respectively. And a grouting pipe communicated with the perforated pipe is arranged in the precast pile in a penetrating manner. According to the method, the pile does not need to be sunk after hole guiding in advance, bentonite slurry or water can be injected into the static pressure grouting device, the strength of a soil body at the pile end can be lubricated and weakened, the pile pressing dynamic resistance of the precast pile is reduced, and therefore the construction speed is increased, and the construction cost is reduced; furthermore, after pile pressing is completed, the static pressure grouting device can be used for grouting the pile end of the precast pile, and therefore the bearing capacity of the pile end and the pile side of the precast pile is improved.
