The adjusting mechanism is arranged at the other end of the shell and used for controlling and adjusting the grouting state. The control mechanism is installed in the shell, connected with the grouting pipe and used for collecting lost mortar in the grouting process and cutting off the grouting pipe after grouting is completed. When the equipment is used for grouting an anchor hole, redundant mortar can be prevented from dripping, the dripping mortar can be reused, meanwhile, the mortar in the anchor hole can be exhausted, and the grouting effect is improved.
