Aerogel thermal insulation ceramic tile
The aerogel thermal insulation ceramic tile comprises an aerogel felt, the aerogel felt is provided with a first outer surface and a second outer surface, the aerogel thermal insulation ceramic tile further comprises a plurality of long and thin supporting bodies, the sections, exposed out of the first outer surface of the aerogel felt, of the long and thin supporting bodies are first exposed sections, and the sections, exposed out of the second outer surface of the aerogel felt, of the long and thin supporting bodies are second exposed sections. The first outer surface is provided with a curing layer which is formed by performing high-temperature curing and sintering on slurry which coats and wraps the first exposed section and is at least one of a ceramic material, a porcelain material and a glaze material. The aerogel heat preservation ceramic tile has the vertical surface tensile strength of 50-100 kpa, and the double effects of heat preservation and decoration can be achieved while the strength is guaranteed. The aerogel heat-insulating ceramic tile is convenient to construct and light in weight, and can be quickly mounted in a one-adhesion manner during use.
本发明公开一种气凝胶保温瓷砖,包括气凝胶毡,该气凝胶毡具有第一外表面和第二外表面,还包括若干细长支撑体,该细长支撑体上露出气凝胶毡的第一外表面的一段为第一裸露段、露出气凝胶毡的第二外表面的一段为第二裸露段,该第一外表面形成有对涂覆且包裹该第一裸露段的为陶材料、瓷材料、釉材料中至少一种的浆料进行高温固化烧结而成的固化层。该气凝胶保温瓷砖具有达到50‑100kpa的垂直表面抗拉强度,保证强度同时可实现保温装饰双重功效。采用该气凝胶保温瓷砖,施工便捷,重量轻,在使用时,通过“一粘得”方式可快速完成安装。
