The invention relates to an energy-saving gable wall for collecting and storing rainwater. The energy-saving gable wall comprises a roof rainwater collecting module arranged in the gable wall, a plurality of water storage modules and a rainwater vertical pipe overflow pipe. The roof rainwater collection module is connected to the water inlet end of each water storage module through a rainwater diversion pipe, and the water outlet end of each water storage module is connected to the water outlet through a rainwater collecting pipe; the roof rainwater collecting module comprises a sewage intercepting device, a flow discarding device, a pipeline filter and a sterilizing device which are sequentially arranged from the roof rainwater receiving opening to the rainwater flow dividing pipe. According to the rainwater recycling system, the urban heat island effect and the western sunning phenomenon can be relieved, and rainwater recycling is achieved.
