The invention discloses a fabricated building curtain wall fast-assembly structure and a fast-assembly method thereof.The fast-assembly structure comprises a plurality of curtain wall units which can be spliced up and down, each curtain wall unit comprises an I-shaped frame, and a web of each I-shaped frame is connected with a connecting plate used for being connected to an existing keel; the upper end and the lower end of each curtain wall body are connected with sliding strips in a full-length mode, sliding grooves allowing the sliding strips to slide are formed in the opposite inner sides of the two flange plates of the I-shaped frame, and in the state that the first sides of the curtain wall bodies abut against the web, the second sides of the curtain wall bodies are flush with the end faces of the corresponding flange plates; and the two edge sealing plates are used for limiting the two curtain wall bodies correspondingly, each edge sealing plate blocks the second side of the corresponding curtain wall body and is connected to the end faces of the two flange plates through connecting pieces, and the construction efficiency is improved by arranging the quick installation structure.
