A sealing gasket is arranged on the inner side of the rescue door, an inner door opening flange is arranged on the inner side of the rescue door, and an outer door opening flange is arranged on the outer side of the rescue door; a reinforced compression-resistant frame is arranged in the fully-sealed rescue capsule; the air circulation system, the oxygen supply system, the emergency storage system and the survival self-rescue system are arranged in the rescue capsule, when an accident occurs in a construction tunnel, constructors enter the rescue capsule to avoid danger, rescue personnel can rescue in time conveniently, and the casualty rate is reduced.
