The invention discloses a forestry tree cultivation frame and a using method, the forestry tree cultivation frame comprises two symmetrically arranged L-shaped bases, the top end of the vertical section of each L-shaped base is provided with a supporting frame, the top end of the horizontal section of each L-shaped base is fixedly provided with a water storage tank, the two sides of the top end of each water storage tank are both fixedly provided with shaft seats, and the two shaft seats are both rotatably connected with rotating shafts; cover plates are fixed on the outer walls of the two rotating shafts; according to the scheme, through cooperation of the L-shaped base and the supporting frame, trees are clamped and supported so that growth of the trees can be facilitated, when it rains, under movement of the linkage assembly, the cover plate is driven to be rotationally opened, meanwhile, the U-shaped frame and the activated carbon filter screen are rotated to be in the horizontal state, and rainwater can be guided into the water storage tank through the cover plate; rainwater is filtered and purified through an activated carbon filter screen, so that rainwater collection is completed, trees can be conveniently irrigated through the rainwater, rainwater recycling is facilitated, waste of water resources is reduced, sufficient irrigation of the trees is facilitated, and growth of the trees is facilitated.
