The optimal value of the water-binder ratio of the concrete composition is 0.28. Preferably, the weight ratio of the cement to the sand to the stone to the water to the additive to the mixed material in the concrete composition is 1: 1.80: 2.55: 0.38: 0.038: 0.35. The concrete composition is simple in preparation method and high in impermeability.
